* Lawyer Review — An independent US-based IP attorney reviews your matched products and advises whether your case warrants enforcement action. You'll also receive a documented infringement report — if your case escalates to litigation, this report significantly reduces your attorney's preparation time and costs. Most cases resolve at the cease & desist stage. This is an advisory service, not legal representation.
30-day risk-free trial — we don't charge until you're paid.

Questions we always get
Everything Amazon sellers, DTC brands, and IP teams ask before getting started.
IP Radar runs a proprietary multi-layer detection pipeline that combines computer vision, semantic analysis, and cross-platform data signals to surface listings that match your product even when infringers deliberately change titles, images, or branding to avoid detection. Every match is scored and ranked by our AI before it reaches your dashboard, so you only see confirmed threats, not noise. The full scan completes in under 5 minutes.
We monitor millions of data points across the entire web; however at the moment we are only able to send DMCA takedown notices to Amazon, Alibaba and websites hosted on Shopify. We are actively wokring to expand this list, if you have a specific platform you would like to see added, please let us know: team@ipradar.ai.
For each confirmed infringing listing, you can take action directly from your dashboard: send a DMCA takedown notice addressed to the platform's legal team (e.g. Amazon's Brand Registry abuse team), or send a cease & desist letter directly to the seller's contact email (if we have successfully found the seller's contact email). Both letters are auto-generated with your product details and IP ownership information pre-filled — you review, confirm, and send in one click.
Red Points and Corsearch are built for enterprise brands with six-figure budgets and dedicated IP teams. IP Radar is designed for Amazon sellers, DTC brands, and mid-market companies that need the same outcomes — automated detection, DMCA takedowns, C&D letters — without the $50k+/year price tag or months-long onboarding. Our plans start at $99/month and you can run your first scan for free in under 5 minutes.
No. For DMCA takedowns (copyright-based), you just need to own original product images, copy, or creative assets — no trademark required. For cease & desist letters, having a registered trademark strengthens your position significantly, but you can still generate a letter based on trade dress, copyright, or unfair competition grounds. If you have a trademark or patent number, you can add it to your IP profile and it will be included in all outbound letters.
95% of the DMCA and cease & desist notices we send result in the infringing listing being removed or the seller going dark within 30 days. For the 5% that don't resolve, we flag them for escalation and recommend a follow-up strategy.
Our average time from detection to confirmed takedown is 48 hours. We track each enforcement action and follow up automatically if there's no response within 5 business days.
